Agreement

These terms govern your use of the ScoreMint web app. By using the site you accept them; if you do not accept them, do not use the site. The site is provided as-is, and we may improve or change features over time.

Use of app output

Practice questions, explanations, score estimates, and reference content are study aids, not official exam material. Verify important results before relying on them for academic decisions, and note that no score outcome is guaranteed.

Paid features

ScoreMint Premium is an optional subscription (weekly or yearly) or one-time lifetime purchase that unlocks the full question banks, timed sections, full-exam simulations, the FRQ banks, and all ACT Science passages. The free tier stays usable without it. Purchases are processed by RevenueCat Web Billing and Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime from the link in your receipt email; access is tied to the browser where the purchase was made.

Refunds

Not happy with a purchase? Email [email protected] within 14 days of a first purchase, or within 7 days of a renewal, and we will refund it. Send the message from the email address you used at checkout, and include:

• the email address used at checkout (if you are writing from a different address)
• your access code, shown on the Premium page while you are signed in on the browser you purchased from
• roughly when you purchased, and which plan (weekly, yearly or lifetime)
• the last 4 digits of the card, if you have the receipt handy

That is everything needed to find the purchase and process the refund. This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have.

Local data, no accounts

There are no user accounts. Study progress is stored locally in this browser, so clearing browser data removes it; the /data route lets you export a backup first. We are not responsible for locally stored progress lost to cleared or failed browser storage.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the product evolves; the Updated date above reflects the current revision. Continued use of the site after a revision means you accept the revised terms.
